Where Clarity Meets Quality
Glass and nylon materials, chromatically tuned tints, mirror and gradient options, and polarization — every lens engineered to protect eyes and deliver precise optics.
A great frame deserves a great lens. We source and specify lenses across glass and nylon materials, a full palette of chromatically tuned tints, and polarized or non-polarized options — so every pair you bring to market delivers the clarity, comfort and UV400 protection your customers expect.
For a buyer, the lens is where margin and positioning are decided before the frame ever matters. Two identical frames can retail at very different prices purely on the lens spec: the same silhouette becomes an entry product with a nylon solid tint, a mid-tier piece with a gradient or mirror finish, and a premium line with polarized glass. Because the lens also drives per-unit cost more than almost any other component, choosing it deliberately lets you hit a target retail price instead of guessing at it.
The material tradeoff is cost against clarity and weight. Glass offers the best optics and the most natural vision, with superior scratch resistance, but it is heavier, more fragile and more expensive, which pushes it toward premium and heritage lines. Nylon is lighter, impact-resistant and cheaper to produce at scale, making it the workhorse for active, everyday and value ranges, and it takes mirror and gradient coatings well. Most programs mix both: glass for hero SKUs, nylon for the volume that carries the range.
Lens color is matched to use, not to taste. Gray keeps color perception neutral and suits everyday wear and driving in harsh light. Green preserves natural color balance and is comfortable for long outdoor sessions. Brown and amber warm the view and lift contrast, which helps in variable light, on water and in sport. Gradients darken at the top for overhead sun while staying clear enough to read indoors, and mirror coatings cut glare and add a fashion-forward finish that photographs well for social and e-commerce.
Treat UV400 as the floor, not a feature. Every lens we supply carries full UVA/UVB protection as standard, because selling eyewear that does not protect is a liability at any price point. Polarization and photochromic treatment are the value-adds that justify a higher ticket: polarization removes reflected glare for drivers and water sports, while photochromic lenses darken in sunlight and clear indoors, letting one pair serve many conditions. These are the options where a brand builds a reason to charge more.
The right combination follows your market. A beach and resort brand sells polarized brown or gradient lenses with mirror options for that bright, glare-heavy setting. An urban fashion brand leans on gray and neutral tints with subtle mirrors that read premium in the city. An active or sport line pairs impact-resistant nylon with polarization for safety and comfort. We help you map your regions, price points and retail scenarios to a shortlist of lens specs, so every SKU has a clear reason to exist.
Below is the range we offer, matched to your frame and target market.
Materials
Glass or Nylon?
Glass Lenses
The gold standard for optics — superior clarity and the closest experience to natural vision. Originally developed for pilots, glass delivers distortion-free optics and is available polarized or non-polarized.
Nylon Lenses
Crafted for a lightweight, impact-resistant option that increases comfort without sacrificing optics. Hard-coated against scratches, nylon is an excellent alternative to glass and is available polarized or non-polarized.
Lens Colors
Tuned Tints & Finishes
Gray
Reduces eye fatigue in bright light — a classic all-rounder, chromatically tuned for accurate color perception.
Green
Provides true color perception for natural vision, with balanced light transmission.
Brown
Amplifies contrast and adds warmth, tuned to enhance depth perception.
Brown Gradient
Darker at the top to shield overhead sunlight, fading for comfortable viewing through the middle.
Green Gradient
Gradient tint with true color perception — protection from above without darkening your view.
Pink Gradient
A softer gradient that eases adjustment to contrast while adding a fashion-forward finish.
Blue Mirror
A reflective blue flash coating that adds style while reducing glare in bright conditions.
Gold Mirror
A warm gold flash coating — premium look with glare-cutting performance.
Silver Mirror
A classic silver flash coating for a sleek, reflective finish with reduced glare.
Polarization
Polarized or Non-Polarized
Polarized Lenses
A vertical filter blocks horizontal glare reflected off water, snow and roads — sharper vision and less squinting in bright conditions. Ideal for driving, fishing and outdoor sports.
Non-Polarized Lenses
A natural, undistorted view for everyday use — the right choice where color accuracy matters, such as reading digital displays or in varied indoor-outdoor light.
