Most of our programs start at a standard MOQ of 300 pieces per style per color, with production lead time around 4 weeks. If you don't see your question below, contact us — we usually reply within one business day.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style per color, applied to both sunglasses and optical frames. For repeat orders or mixed-color programs we can sometimes be flexible. Tell us your target quantities and we'll confirm exactly what is workable.
How do I place an order, and how long does production take?
After we agree on specs, pricing and artwork, we issue a proforma invoice. Once your deposit is received, production begins. Standard lead time is about 4 weeks from confirmation, plus shipping. Custom packaging or complex finishes can add a few days — your final delivery date is confirmed on the invoice before you pay.
Do you offer samples, and how long does sampling take?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples so you can check fit, finish and logo placement before bulk production. Stock or OEM samples usually ship in 5–10 days, while fully custom ODM samples take 2–3 weeks. Sample fees are often credited against your bulk order.
Can you copy an existing frame I provide? (OEM)
Yes — OEM sample replication is one of our core services. Send us your frame, technical drawings or clear reference photos, and we'll reverse-engineer the shape, dimensions and construction to match. Your design remains yours throughout the process.
Do you offer ODM design services?
Yes. Our in-house design team develops original styles each season, and you can select and brand them under your own label. ODM is ideal when you want fresh, market-ready designs without the cost of maintaining your own design team.
How do you apply custom logos?
We can hot-stamp, laser-engrave, print or attach metal plates for your logo on temples, lenses, hinges and packaging, in custom colors where applicable. Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) and we'll recommend the best method for your frame material.
What lens options do you offer?
All of our lenses provide UV400 protection as standard. You can also choose polarized, mirror and photochromic (transition) lenses, plus a wide range of tints. Share your use case — driving, outdoor sports or fashion — and we'll recommend the right combination for your market.
Which frame materials can you produce?
TR90, acetate, metal, titanium and wood are all available. Each material differs in weight, flexibility, finishing options and cost. We'll help you match the material to your price point and target customer.
What sizes can you produce?
Our standard adult sizing covers lens width 50–62 mm, bridge width 14–24 mm, temple length 135–150 mm, frame width 128–155 mm and lens height 35–55 mm. Every dimension is customizable to your drawing or sample — if you need a specific size, larger or smaller, or a custom proportion, just send us your specifications.
Are your products certified? (CE / FDA)
Yes. Our products can be produced to meet CE (EU) and FDA (US) requirements, including UV400 and impact-resistance standards. On request we provide test reports and compliance documentation for your market.
Can you customize the packaging?
Yes. We offer custom cases, boxes, pouches, cleaning cloths, hang tags and barcode labeling under your brand. Packaging can be produced to match your frame order; minimums for packaging depend on the specific item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and other standard methods for export orders. Typical terms are a deposit to start production with the balance due before shipment. Exact terms are confirmed on your proforma invoice.
Do you ship internationally, and how does shipping work?
Yes, we ship worldwide by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight or sea freight. We can ship to your forwarder or arrange delivery to your door. Freight cost and transit time depend on your order size and destination.
Can you make prescription sunglasses?
Yes. We can produce sunglasses fitted with custom prescription lenses through our partner lens labs. Share your prescription and frame specifications, and we'll quote the option that fits your program. Contact us for details.
