Clear and crystal frames are one of the strongest trend cycles in recent eyewear, driven by their clean, modern look and ability to show off lens tints. They perform particularly well with younger consumers and in fashion-forward markets, where transparency reads as fresh and minimalist. For brands, clear frames offer a high-impact visual statement from a relatively simple production base.

Producing a flawless clear frame requires careful material handling. On TR90 and polycarbonate we injection-mold optically clean crystal, then polish to a glass-like finish, while acetate crystal is cut and hand-buffed for depth. We add anti-yellowing additives so clarity holds over time, and can tint the frame slightly — smoke, blue, pink or amber — or keep it fully transparent to match your design.
