Low Minimums, Predictable Timelines

Understanding MOQ and lead time up front is what lets you plan inventory, pricing and launch dates with confidence. Our standard minimum order is 300 pieces per style per color — a deliberately low threshold designed to let new brands and small distributors test the market before committing to large volumes.

Why per style per color? Because each colorway requires its own material batch, and each style its own tooling and setup. Combining multiple colors or styles in one order is entirely normal, but each distinct style-and-color combination counts toward the 300-piece minimum.

The timeline breaks into two phases. Sampling comes first: we build a pre-production sample to your specification, which typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on whether new tooling or custom materials are involved. You review that sample, request any changes, and approve it — this is the point where the production clock starts.

Mass production then typically completes in about 4 weeks, followed by quality control and export packing. From sample approval to a container-ready order, most projects land in the range of 4-7 weeks total, with shipping time added on top.

If you are testing a new market, start small: order a focused range at 300 pieces per color, measure sell-through, and scale up with reorders that benefit from tooling and sampling already being in place. It is the lowest-risk way to build a private-label or custom eyewear line.
